All the coaches Ray, Wayne, Joel, Jeremy and Tahkara (I've missed some) are super technical, encouraging, motivating and above all really friendly and welcoming. Hands down the best boxing gym I've trained at.

Alright, buckle up for this rollercoaster ride through Rarebreed, the antidote to all your fitness woes! Forget about those run-of-the-mill F45 joints with trainers who think they're the next fitness gurus. Rarebreed is where it's at, folks! Picture this: I stroll in for a community day, invited by a good friend Nicole, thinking, "Eh, might as well give it a shot." Little did I know, I'd be greeted by the one and only Gwayne aka "Man of Steel", the tattooed wonder with a heart of gold. And get this, you can play Fortnite while getting your muscles mashed in those recovery boots – now that's multitasking at its finest! After getting your muscles mashed, step into the hot stone sauna, where every ounce of tension melts away. Ah, bliss. But wait, there's more! Ever heard of a magnesium ice spa? Yeah, it's as exhilarating as it sounds – freezing your butt off has never felt so good (supposedly, at least). And for the brave souls, there's the hot magnesium spa, rumored to have more health benefits than a superfood smoothie. So, after all that, who wouldn't want to come back for more?But wait, there's more! Free trial week, anyone? By day three, I was practically begging Cooper to sign me up. My very first boxing/conditioning session, I paired up with Ray, not realising he's actually one of the owners. I'm just trying to keep up with him, sweating buckets and struggling to match his pace. Partnering with a pro boxer? Yeah, definitely not my brightest moment. But hey, it's all part of the fun, right? And those boxing classes? Let's just say, if you score a sparring session with Ray or Gwayne, consider yourself blessed. Three minutes of pure adrenaline and maybe a bruise or two – totally worth it!Now, let's talk about the trainers. Broderick, aka the "smiling assassin," will make you sweat bullets with his burpees and that devilish grin. And Tikara, aka "T," will work you so hard, you'll be twerking involuntarily – it's a vibe, alright! Joel, the "oosh oosh" man, is all about those fist pumps and killer combos. And Jimmy "the Gem"? He's like T's male counterpart, ready to kick your butt into shape!Oh, but we can't forget Jeremy, the beanie-wearing drill sergeant with shoulders to envy. Seriously, he's like a one-man army, pushing you to your limits while you're begging for mercy. And let's give a shoutout to Kamal, the youngest but fiercest trainer of them all – this kid's got heart and motivation for days!In a nutshell, Rarebreed isn't just a gym – it's a sanctuary. I started at Rare Breed at the start of September on a 2 week trial. Being very unfit I was very nervous about walking in the door - but I shouldn't have worried. The trainers and members here are all super welcoming and helpful. The members support each other on their fitness journeys - and there is not selfie posing, un-sweaty person in site - everyone is here to train. Thank you for becoming my community - I could not imagine starting my day any other way now. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough.

I joined Rare breed on a two week trial and during that two weeks I knew I found my new gym! As a full time single mum it is so important to me to find somewhere that I love going and will accomodate bringing my son. We both love coming to rare breed and everyone is so helpful and push you to your limits! Rare breed has become apart of our life and I couldn’t recommend it more!

I recently joined Rare Breed and I must say I was highly impressed! The club specialises in boxing, circuit training, and state of the art spa recovery. The boxing classes were especially good, with experienced boxers who really pushed me to my limits with their intense drills and routines. The circuit training was also great, with a variety of equipment and exercises to choose from, which made the sessions both challenging and fun. And after a tough workout, the spa recovery facilities were just what I needed to wind down and relax.The club itself is clean and well-maintained, with modern equipment and facilities. What really makes this fitness club stand out is the friendly and welcoming staff, who are always on hand to offer advice and support. Overall, I would definitely recommend this fitness club to anyone in the local area who wants to experience a great workout in a friendly and supportive environment.

If I could describe this gem of a place in 3 words I would say its electrifying, motivating and supporting! I came in here for a work event and never did I expect to sign up to boxing and dedicate myself to such an amazing sport! The trainers here truly care and support your boxing goals and it feels as if its a 1 on 1 PT session thats how focused they are on each member! This place has helped my mental health on a whole new level and challenged me to achieve things that I never even thought id be passionate about … keep up the work superstars and awesome members! Big shoutout to Ray and Gwayne as well for setting up this awesome place

Every class is like a PT session where all the members motivate each other and coaches that care. Ray, Gwayne, and Kate have put together the best bixing gym around. Great gym, great facilities and even greater people. They accomodate for all levels from beginner to pro. These guys have been so instrumental in my boxing development, getting my tired old body moving well after years and years of lifting only. Even my kids have gotten into it joining the junior classes. Highly recommend you guys go down and see Ray and Gwayne and join the Rare Breed team. If they can’t get you moving you’re probably are dead and haven’t realised yet 😜

Awesome gym with a mix of strength and cardio classes. Really good if you are a beginner as the trainers help you with technique. Also have the option to use the recovery facilities of ice bath sauna and compression boots. Loving it :)

Rare Breed is an amazing gym , the staff are really friendly and professional, there’s great trainers ( fighters , ex fighters ) that can push you to your limit with keeping technique in mind, I’ve learnt lots of new tricks 💪🏻👊 my favourite part is the quick shower at the end of a class .. and jumping in the ice plunge pool.. Great start to a morning! You guys rock!

Awesome facility that is fit for professionals at the highest level. As an event organiser we often have athletes that travel from overseas to compete several times throughout the year and a challenge has always been to find somewhere for athletes to train, cut weight and recover under one roof, until now... The state of the art recovery facilities put Rare Breed in a league of its own.

I have been a member of Rare breed since December now. The gym is filled with the best of best equipment, the fit out is very impressive and well planned. All the staff make you feel really comfortable and welcome no matter what level you are at and they really good technical boxing instructors. Great variety of classes also. Probably the biggest winner is the recovery facilities including the sauna and mineral spas. Awesome set up all round.

Been anticipating the opening of this gym for months and it doesn't disappoint. The classes are exactly what I needed in my fitness journey to break up the monotony of boring strength training. This place is on another level.If they ever build a gym on mars … this is how it will probably look like.To work out and then recover is just what my body has always yearned for.Words can’t express it, come and check it out yourself you will be impressed!I lost 5 kg of fat and gained the confidence to take this shot, enjoy 😉I give it 10 ⭐️ if there was an option.

I trained for the first time yesterday and today... it was absolutely amazing I highly recommend that's for sure!!!! It has got the best spa also an ice bath that is absolutely amazing for injury and let me tell you' ever since I started using the ice bath it helped my injury overall rare breed is probably the best set up I've trained in wow very impressive that's for sure and would definitely go again!!

It’s truly a special experience training in this facility. Yes the aesthetics are amazing but it’s more than just that!
